Academic Excellence

It is hall mark of GGSVM.GGSvians outstanding board results are a telling comment on the quality of scholastic preparation that the school is associated with. Our XII Class students showed 100% result in all streams-Commerce,Medical ,Non-medical and Arts.Twenty students of class X got 9.5 CGPA,Fifteen got 9CGPAand 31got 8 CGPA in CBSE board exams.

Various competitions are held time to time to improve the communication skills, to build confidence and to inculcate competitive spirit in our students. This spirit of competition keeps the young and old minds involved and give them opportunity to express themselves in different spheres

•Painting competition of Senior & junior group was held at Shivalik Public School, Phase VI ,Mohali .Students from each group got II & III prize respectively.
•Shabad Gyan Competition for Senior &Junior group was held at Sachkhand Amrit Sanchar,Palki Sahib,Gurudwara,Sec 22,Chd.Students from each group won second prize.
•Poster making competition &Best Out Of Waste Competition was held at Guru Nanak Foundation Public School, Chapper Chiddi,Sec 92,Mohali to mark the Environment Day Celebrations. Students begged I,II and III prize in each competition.
•Teej Celebrations held at Sachdeva Group Of College,Gharua. Students participated in Gidda,Rangoli &Face painting competitions and won First prize in each competition.
•Divinity Competition held at Sachkhand Amrit Sanchar,Palki Sahib,Gurudwara,Sec 22,chd. Students participated in Gubani kanth,Poem recitation and Turban –Tie competition and won various prizes.
•Independence day function held at Panjab University Chandigarh.Students participated in Group Dance & Giddha.Students were honoured by the Vice Chancellor of P.U.
•Cultural Olympiad Essay,Greeting Card and Colouring Competition -2014 was held .Students brought laurals by winning Gold medal, Silver Medal ,Bronze Medal And Cash prize.

•Think & Challenge Competition was organized by TIMES OF INDIA- Student of class X Anmolpreet singh got GALAXY TAB among twenty schools of the city.
•Times NIE Cremica Cup organized by Times of India- School got maximum participation Trophy.
•Scrap Book Competition organized by Hindustan Times-Twenty two Students were awarded with LED,Cycles,Digital Cameras & Badminton Rackets.
•Scrap Book Competition organized by The Tribune- Twenty two students were awarded with various prizes.
•Brain Hunt Talent was organized by Dainik Bhaskar group-Two students got handsome cash prizes.
